Rick,

Were you aware that Mr Venutti converted his bankruptcy to a Chapter 7 one week before signing a lease with the city on November 17th, 2010.

He owes millions of dollars to people and businesses in our community.

As you are also aware Jeremy Johnson has been subsidizing the Jet Center for years.

The 2009 FBO RFP contained a financial fitness disclosure section. Was My Venutti’s 2009 bankruptcy and several judgments disclosed in the Jet Center response to the FBO  RFP of Jan, 2009? Yes or No?

What public good is being served by enabling this situation.
