Mr Cuzman,

I am informed that the City has recently sent Direct Aviation a notice relative to its performance under the FBO lease. May I receive a copy?

Does the City recognize, Direct Jet Center, as a legal FBO entity?

• It was registered with the State on October 26th
• Two weeks before signing the new 40 year million dollar FBO lease
• Its principal is in personal bankruptcy
• Direct Jet Center was substituted on the lease in place of Direct Aviation without City approval.
• Two separate and distinct  entities
• Direct Jet Center did not have a business license when the lease was signed
