This comment came from an upset individual, who shall remain nameless to avoid embarrassment. Nothing could not be further from the truth. Decide for yourself.

  • On November 1st 2010 I called  Tracie Cayford at the State Department of Tourism to  ask her if she could help spread the word that next year you will be able to fly to Zions Park on a jet. She said that next week a trade & tourism  mission from Utah was leaving to go to London and Germany. I connected her with Gay Gragun and Mark Mortenson at the city to get more information
  • After learning that FedEx was not coming to the new airport I called FedEX to see if we could change their minds. They were still open to a proposal but needed it in a few days. A small group was assembled to  quickly respond. If this is successful the City will benefit from having FedEx as a tenant at the new airport.
  • We are helping the sponsors of the Blue Angel air show with marketing, PR and any other General Aviation support that they need to make this event a success.
  • We have been talking to the folks that put on the AirVenture Oshkosh, the largest airshow in the world. To see what we can learn about planting the seeds for a similar event here in St George.
