Western Petroleum now owns much of Direct Jet Center’s assets

The long list of assets pledged by Direct Aviation Inc to Western Petroleum for operating  capital will most likely be seized for non payment.

Direct Aviation Inc ” the name of the old company”  has transferred these assets to Direct Jet Center LLC, “the name of the new company“.
