In light of these most recent revelations, Western Petroleum law suit,  is it now appropriate to begin a  review of the validity of the Direct Jet Center LLC lease for the new airport. This entity was substituted for Direct Aviation Inc without due process and perhaps even the city’s knowledge.  The similarity between the two names makes it difficult to differentiate one from another.
