Double Standard: 3 months behind on electric bill

Posted: February 9, 2011 in Uncategorized

I have asked the city to confirm the following.

Today a tenant of Direct Aviation Inc at the old airport had to pay Direct Aviation’s 90 day past due power bill of $4,600.00 to keep the power on so work to relocate equipment etc could continue.

  • No business license for  2 years
  • 3 months past due on paying electrical bill to the city
  • Western Petroleum complaint $600,000.00
  • New entity of only 2 weeks is permitted to sign  a 40 year, million dollar FBO lease with no due process or public notices.

Why has the city been so accommodating to Direct Aviation?

Return the $4,600.00 to the tenant and shut off the power to Direct Jet Center at the new airport until he pays his bills.
